CONTROVERSIAL reality star Stephen Bear’s personal life has seen him charged with revenge porn offences – and his business is in turmoil too.
The failed entrepreneur, 31, has had six firms dissolved over the years, and The Sun can reveal his latest venture is in the process of being struck off the register too.
Documents on Companies House dated December 1 reveal fashion company Cubanlink Limited, of which Bear is the sole director, will soon be dissolved “unless cause is shown to the contrary”.
The brand was only set up in August 2019 and is the latest in a series of attempts to reinvent himself away from the TV cameras.
Just days ago we revealed Bear failed to pay the £1,268 he owed to His and Hers Enterprises Limited, the business he launched with ex-girlfriend Charlotte Crosby.
And former Geordie Shore favourite Charlotte was left to pay £30,366 to the company’s creditors before it was wound up and liquidated last September.
Other unsuccessful ventures include video production business Celebrity Clash Ltd, which was dissolved last year, and nightlife firm Mark Griggs Avenue Events Ltd which was dissolved in 2019.
Other attempts in retail – Stephen Bear Enterprises Ltd, East End Clobber Limited and East End Clothing Ltd – didn’t take off and were all dissolved.

Before deleting his Instagram account following accusations from ex-girlfriend Georgia Harrison that he recorded them having sex and then leaked the tape, Bear would plug his company in posts.
He denies making the sex tape of Love Island star Georgia and sharing it on WhatsApp.
Essex Police confirmed to The Sun he was arrested and charged on suspicion of disclosing private sexual photographs or films without consent with intent to cause distress, harassment, and obstructing a police officer.
